My style is practical and down-to-earth, using techniques that have proven to be effective from my previous experience. Rather than hypnotherapy being some kind of mystery art, I’m confident that when working with me you will be reassured at how common sense it all seems.
Sometimes we can produce fast results, sometimes it takes more time and a more thorough investigation of the root causes of your situation. Exploring root causes is done in a gentle manner at a pace that is comfortable for you.
